Co-Founders Tim Davis and Julie Kantrowitz are dedicated to making the world a better place. They launched All Good Partners to create work for causes they are passionate about and partner with people they respect and admire. They bring a wealth of media, marketing and management expertise to their clients.
Setting a vision, tapping the team, and making it happen is what drives Tim.
After a successful career marketing media programs and sponsorships for ABC-TV, MTV Networks, Showtime and more, Tim found his true passion raising the impact of purpose-driven brands. As Executive Vice President of Media with the Ad Council, he spearheaded efforts that doubled public service ad placement to an all time high value of $2 Billion a year. Tim went on to establish a capacity-building Fund of Funds as Managing Director, Marketing & Advancement for Youth, I.N.C. (Improving Nonprofits for Children). Serving as National Strategic Marketing Consultant and Chief Advancement Officer with The National Kidney Foundation, he drove the successful re-branding of the organization and led major giving to record success.

Julie is a dynamic and innovative leader with a proven track record for delivering impressive results. In her roles as Executive Vice President of Warner Bros. Media Sales, Warner Bros. Online, and Chief Operating Officer of Time Warner Global Marketing Solutions, Julie worked with Fortune 500 brands and excelled at delivering win-win strategic partnerships for clients. She successfully blended her skills in deal making, understanding brand marketing objectives, distribution and relationship management achieving notable year after year business growth. As Chief Marketing Officer of Omnicom's Full Circle Entertainment, she secured financing to produce seven series across five networks, created stand out cross platform marketing campaigns for sponsors, and forged strategic alliances with content creators and distribution outlets. For the last five years Julie advised early and middle stage businesses and financial investment companies through her consultancy BridgeMedia.
